CEO – Julene Campbell
Julene Ogbourne, Chief Executive Officer, brings more than two decades of leadership and industry expertise to the company. With 21 years of experience in finance and 17 years in the construction industry specializing in HVAC systems and interior design, she offers a well-rounded perspective that combines operational efficiency, strategic planning, and client-focused execution.
As CEO, Julene oversees company operations, business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth planning. She is also responsible for managing organizational performance, guiding executive decision-making, and ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with company standards, budgets, and client expectations.
Throughout her career, Julene has successfully led projects involving project coordination, material procurement, client relations, and modern finishing solutions. Her strong executive leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have played a key role in driving company growth, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering high-quality construction and design solutions
COO – Salvatore Cantatore
Salvatore Cantatore contributes over 35 years of experience in project management, sales, and construction development.
His leadership supports operational efficiency, client relationships, procurement coordination, and long-term business development.
CFO – Tamika Campbell
Tamika Campbell brings over 22 years of experience in design and construction development, with expertise in AutoCAD and project visualization.
Her ability to transform clients’ ideas into practical and visually impactful spaces plays a major role in supporting project planning and design coordination.

Earl Campbell brings over 38 years of experience in construction development and industry operations.
